PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are prepared and shipped: from Mon 10:00 (EEST) to Fri 15:00 (EEST). If placed on a Sat, Sun or/and a Ukrainian bank holiday are processed the following business day.

FEES / TAXES TO CONSIDER

Please be advised that the displayed prices do not include foreign taxes or customs fees; extra-fees may apply to your delivery since the purchase is shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid, which depends on the destination country’s rules. Taxes/fees imposed by the local customs agency may be applied to your order. Online price estimates shown on the page are free of charge.

DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped via DHL. Your homeplace determines delivery time; the country and shipping service dictate additional charges. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a waybill number so that you can track it. Your order will soon be on the way to you. We ship all around the world.

We accept Visa & Mastercard cards, as well as PayPal. We’re working hard to introduce more in the nearby future!

When your order is registered, you’ll receive an e-mail with an order confirmation and approximate shipment date. We promise it won’t be long.

RETURNS OF GOODS

We’ll accept excellent quality items for return and exchange within fourteen days of the order’s receipt date. The below requirements must be met before the goods are returned/exchanged: The initial appearance is preserved, item has not been used, and never washed or dried. You are requested to share pictures of the merchandise taken from all possible angles or a video to verify its quality in order to move forward with an exchange or return. Please make sure to get a return number and consult the packaging requirements before sending a return.

Please note that all returns are made at the expense of the shopper. The items will be returned to the customer at their cost if the condition does not match the required criteria. The exchange or return will not be completed, if the item is damaged in transit, and the clients will be responsible for returning the item to them.

Your account will be credited with the refund 14 business days after the items were approved for return. Please remember that original, along with return shipping charges are not refundable after a return.
